I am an in-network provider for Premera, Regence, Cigna, BCBS (most plans), LifeWise, Aetna, Kaiser PPO and HMO, and United Behavioral Health. I will bill as an out-of-network provider for all other plans.

Out of Pocket:

Initial Session - $160.00

Family Therapy - $120.00

Individual Therapy - $100.00

School Observations/Planning Meetings - $25.00/15 minutes

Clinical Supervision - $100.00 (two clinicians can split the fee)

Supervision Groups - $40.00 per session

Billing Insurance:

Initial Session - $160.00

Family Therapy - $135.00

Individual Therapy - $125.00 or $150.00 (depending on the length of the session)
